Welcome to the OESCGS web site.  We are a local club of dedicated OES owners who get together to enjoy our dogs.  Founded in 1968 we are the largest local OES breed club in America.  Our goals are to preserve, promote, and protect our breed.

Our 200 plus members are owners and/or fanciers of this breed.  We would like to share our experiences and knowledge with you.  Our bi-monthly newsletter, the “Raggedy Ramblings”, is full of information, event reports, articles of interest, veterinary advice, and photos of members’ beloved OES.

CLUB SPONSORED EVENTS:  For specific information on any of our events or activities, go to the “Raggedy Ramblings” menu choice.  All current club events are shown on page 3 of each issue.  Members, guests, and OES are welcome to attend our club activities.

 JANUARY                  - Winter Specialty Show

 MARCH                      - General Meeting (A grooming session with hands on help)

 MAY                           - General meeting (A guest speaker & an afternoon of grooming)

  JUNE                         - SuperDogs! (A fun day of games and goodwill)

 JULY                         - General Meeting (Sheep herding event)

 AUGUST                    - Summer Specialty Show

 NOVEMBER               - We march in the Seattle Macy's Holiday Parade

 DECEMBER                - Holiday Party (Sheepies stay home and wait for Santa. . .)

We also have group get-togethers for walks, work parties, picnics, and more.
